Placements are something that every student looks for in an institute. This is an aspect of the PGDM course where IIBR has an excellent track record and it comes as no surprise give the extensive grooming that each student goes through over the 2 years at the course.

Career Planning is an integral part of the ASM’s IIBR Management course curriculum. The placement cell of IIBR is fully aware of new challenges and opportunities that are opening up in the industry today. Once the student is enrolled for a particular course, career grooming begins immediately. The placement and institute-industry interface cell, facilitates on-campus company presentations, annual careers fair and selection interviews to give students the best advantage.

Functional area panels and student club on line, CV and job posting provide facilities for summer internships. IIBR is dedicated to helping students make a sound career decisions and help them undertake highly effective personal job searches.

From the first semester onwards we offer workshops and individual support for students in self assessment and career assessment and Institute of International Business and Research is situated in the industrial belt of Pimpri-Chichwad Bhosari. Hence it has the advantage of close interaction with industries. MCCIA also helps the student’s interaction with industries through annual industrial exhibitions (eg. Expo) and various seminars organized by it. Students get summer placements and final placements through the in-house placement cell which has a structured approach, under the guidance of Placement Coordinator and Course Coordinator.
