Rapid growth and advances in communication and information technology in the last decade has removed the barriers of national boundaries. The world has shrunk into a global village. At the same time Indian economy has adopted globalisation, liberalisation and privatisation strategy to keep in step with world business trend.
As a result of these changes, the Indian industries and service sectors need to have managers who can lead them in the international operations.
