IIBR in its endeavor to promote student skills in extra curricular areas like sports cultural events & management events had begun the tradition of holding an Inter collegiate meet. This event provides all the students from various colleges and management institutes with common platform to showcase their talents and provides an opportunity to develop their personality.

Excursion trips, in the favor of team building exercise are organized which give the students a chance to enjoy themselves and also shoulder responsibility. It also helps to assure the leadership skills in the students.

As a part of a co-curricular activity IIBR publishes a magazine annually.

This magazine focuses on different issues ranging from current trends in industries, interviews of top level Executives, Managers from domestic as well as Multinational Industries, award winning papers presented by students, and also literature contributed by the students.

The magazine provides the students with a platform to showcase their views & ideas.

Blood Donation Camp: The students organize the blood donation programme with the strong encouragement of the college. These camps help to promote and educate to public awareness on blood donation. The college has a strong network of blood donors.
