The Institute is located in spacious premises having all modern teaching and educational amenities in Asia’s largest industrial township viz. Pimpri-Chinchwad. The Buildings have state of the art amenities like spacious offices, first rate library, ultra modern computer labs, well furnished classrooms, spacious seminar halls, open auditorium, executive development rooms, syndicate rooms, common rooms, canteen, etc. Also the campus have play grounds for various sports activities like volleyball, football, cricket etc.

Pune is the best educational, industrial and cultural centre having an excellent climate throughout the year. Pimpri-Chinchwad-Bhosari Township is a well developed biggest industrial township in Asia, housing about 5000 large, medium and small-scale industries. Three internationally well-known software parks are in and around Chinchwad i.e. Talawade & Hinjewadi and one in Pune city. The institute has strategic location amongst the Industrial Estate in Thane, with no other institute offering International Business in the surrounding. The Mumbai campus of IIBR caters to the needs of working personnel in and around the Wagle Industrial belt and also provides for improved industry-institute interaction. The potential of these areas to generate employment, particularly for the graduates, diploma holders and engineers is impressive.

 
 

The institutes being located in the industrial belt is surrounded by various companies, which have collaboration with American, German and Swedish companies.
